To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for goods & delivery) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods). Deliveries are made by courier and will require signature upon receipt as proof of delivery, so if it is likely that nobody will be at your delivery address to accept the goods, please consider delivering to your works address. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored.

We are afraid we cannot deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.
Any out of stock products will be placed on "Back Order" and delivered when available, but in such circumstances you will be advised by email and given the option to exchange or cancel.
