How long does it take to deliver my order?

All delivery times should be considered a "guide line" and whilst we will endeavour to acheive these timings we do not guarantee them.
Please be aware that we use a courier company to deliver the goods and they will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.

United Kingdom UK deliveries are made by courier and we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days from your order date (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods) - it will take longer for Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

US USA deliveries are made by UPS from the New Jersey warehouse and (if your email address specified on your order is valid) you will get an email advice of despatch giving a tracking number. Delivery time will vary by US State ..... but we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days from your date of order (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods).
Some items may not be available from the Hunter US warehouse and these will be shipped from the UK without additional cost, however the delivery time will then extend to between 5 to 10 working days (subject as usual to product availability in the UK and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods).

European Europe deliveries are made by UPS from the UK warehouses and we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 to 10 working days from your date of order (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods).

Canadian Canada deliveries are made by UPS from the UK warehouses and we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 to 10 working days from your date of order (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods).

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise purchased from this web site, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns:
If you cancel your order after we have delivered your goods and are returning the merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, but we will reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
Incorrect Orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologise. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Tell me about the Hunter Manufacturer's Warranty?

The Hunter Warranty: All goods purchased from this web site are covered by a comprehensive 12 month manufacturer's warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. Every Hunter Boot is made largely by hand, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. The rubber used is an entirely natural product, tapped from rubber trees in tropical plantations. For these reasons, each Hunter is unique, and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add character.

Should you consider that you have a warranty claim, please return your boots to the appropriate site ...
Pack your merchandise securely, include a packing slip clearly identifying your name, address, Post Code, contact telephone number or e-mail address and date and place of purchase, with a note telling us the reason for the claim.

Hunter will assess your claim and contact you with the findings. Where appropriate we will credit the original purchaser's card. Look for your refund - note that any such credits for refunds for purchases from these web stores will appear on your card statement as SIXTOP LTD. who manage these web stores. Return shipping costs up to a maximum equal to our original shipping charge will be reimbursed for all validated warranty claims.

How do I choose the correct size boots?

Hunter boots are sized to agree with you usual shoe size, so please select your normal shoe size. If you intend wearing thick socks you should allow for these when selecting your size.
